Jab the TRAIN Left ;-) !!!

Now this is one of my RECENT most embarrassing experiences :-)!!!
Before I start, just to remind you about an incident from movie "Jab We Met!!!". This is the incident where Kareena (Geet in the movie) runs behind the train as and when she realizes that she is about to Miss it ..Ooopss !!! Have you ever been in such position yourself... I hope not :-)Hey.. neither me ;-).

Scene 1 begins:
I am at my home chilling out on a pleasantly hot evening with my flat mate Abhilasha and a friend Gaurav. Suddenly my mobile rings... "Is this Love......."(tats my ring tone ;-)). When I pick this call, its from my cousin elder sister and she called me up to remind me that my mausiji (her mom) is about to leave for Gwalior by Jhelum express and it departs at 5:20 PM. Well my didi like me hardly does any thing in time ;-)... Newaz I gave a curse and then asked Gaurav to give me a lift till Railway station on his bike...[if you knew the kind of driver Gaurav is.. you would hardly take this risk ;-) he he he]. But with all my good luck and because of Gaurav i did manage to reach railway station by 5:18 PM. So far so Good !!!

Scene 2 begins:
I make a call to my Jiju as he had come to drop my mausiji. He replied after a long tring tring :-) and to my surprise he says he is looking for mausiji too[Baap re aisa kaise]. Actually he had asked her to go and get the seat while he would park the car and get back to her with luggage!!! Now here the excitement begins.... Gaurav dropped me at the entrance to railway station and said that he will park his bike and get the platform tickets. As I entered the platform 1, I was greeted by my mausiji :-). She was standing in front of Sleeper Coach while she was supposed to be looking for AC coaches!!!. Somebody misguided her and she was looking for AC coach in the entirely opposite direction as well as she was in Panic state as she could not find Jiju as well :-O!!! I tried to call my Jiju again but no response after an entire Tring Tring! Meanwhile it was 5:20 P.M and the train started to leave... Here the thrill begins.. Now coming from the same Gene like my mausiji, I also got panicky and right there on the platform I started yelling "Arey koi chain kheecho please train ko rokna hai.." [Please pull the chain as we need to stop the train :-(] There were people on the platform who also started yelling on the seated passengers to Pull the chain... We (I, mausiji) din't know what to do.. so we started running along with the train.. My mausiji was too scared to climb into a running train..(not her fault here).. Newaz the last bogey where the Good old guard was waving a green flag saw me running behind the moving train and heard my shouts to stop the train... ;-). Here is the place where the entire sequence of Kareena running behind a train in Jab We Met.. flashed before my own eyes.. and I could actually feel what she must be feeling then :-(... [ Mind you people the only difference here is that I was not about to board the train but it was my mausiji :-) ].. Finally after running through the two/third of the platform no 1, the TRAIN DID STOP :-).... Surprised as we both were more than that we were happy... All this while I was trying to reach my Jiju and I did manage to reach him but of no use.. because all that he said I couldnot hear and all that I said he could not hear :-) !!!. After reaching the end of platform 1 we saw jiju.. and started running towards him..

Scene 3 begins:
I am not quite sure if it was the happiness on seeing my jiju with all the luggage right in front of the bogey or it was this realization that the train started moving again.. that brought tears to my eyes :-P.
FUNNY isnt it.. :-) or TRAGIC I must say... though..
Newaz, as the train started moving again I and my jiju tried to push my mausiji on the train... but alas.. it was of no use :-( and I started running again behind the train this time that Good old guard uncle was not good to us any more.... and he said take another TRAIN :-(..

Scene 4 begins:
Once the train had left... I heard "Is this Love....". Yes, correct it was my mobile ringing..."Gaurav Calllin..". When I picked the call I said trajedy ho gai yaar... Now words from Gaurav.. he thought ki mai platform pe gir gayi :-P.. I had to clarify to him that no We missed the train. Then we came out of platform and were discussing what to do now... I was consoling my mausiji ki aj jana nahi likha tha apki kismat mein so its ok.. it happens.. :-) Though the train had stopped and we still missed it.. is a real TRAJEDY man.. Meanwhile Gaurav joined me, jiju and mausiji and I described the entire event to him.. We all had smiles on our faces :-). Especially when I told them I felt like Kareena for a moment ;-).
